SEO for wedding vendors, florists and flower shops.

Someone right now is Googling your wedding service, they just haven’t found you yet

SEO support designed specifically for wedding vendors, florists and flower shops — from someone who spent years building a wedding and events floral business, and knows exactly what it takes to get found by the right people.

Why SEO matters for your wedding business

When someone searches "wedding florist in [your town]" or "wedding photographer near me", you want to be the name they find. Most wedding vendors have a beautiful website — but without SEO, it's a bit like having a stunning shop front on a street nobody walks down.

01 Local customers are searching right now

Brides, event planners and everyday customers Google for wedding vendors every day. SEO puts you in front of them at exactly the moment they're ready to book.

02 Your website works while you work

A well-optimised website brings in enquiries even when you're knee-deep in wedding work. It might be the most hardworking team member you'll ever have.

03 Good SEO builds lasting visibility

Unlike paid ads, the results of SEO compound over time. The work we do together keeps paying dividends long after we do it.

04 You stay in control of your business

I'll handle the technical side and keep you fully in the loop — in plain English, not jargon. You focus on the flowers. I'll make sure people can find them.

"Clare clearly communicated what I should prioritise for my site to make it work harder for me. Since working together I've had an increase in locally-based inquiries and bookings, website clicks, and I rank on page 1 of Google." — Urban Marigold Floral Design

I'm not just an SEO specialist.
I'm a former florist.

I spent years as a wedding and events florist — designing installations, working with brides, building relationships with venues, and understanding the rhythms of a floral business. I know what it feels like to pour your heart into your work whilst wearing many other business hats eg SEO!

That experience shapes everything about how I work with florists. I understand your seasonal pressures, your ideal clients, the language your customers use when they search, and what sets a boutique florist apart from a high-street chain or online tele flower.

What I do now is bring that insider knowledge together with the SEO and content skills I've built since — so the work we do together is specific, considered, and genuinely useful. No guesswork, no one-size-fits-all.

Four ways I can help you:

Whether you want an overview of your SEO, a solid foundation, ongoing support, or a fully managed content partnership — there's a package here for you:

The Seed: £470

PACKAGE ONE

Understand exactly where you stand - before you do anything else.

  • Full SEO audit of your website, identifying what's working and what's holding you back

  • Google Business Profile set up and fully optimised so you appear in local searches and on Google Maps

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) set up — so you can see exactly who's visiting your site and how they found you

  • Google Search Console (GSC) connected — so Google can find and index your site properly

  • A detailed written report, tailored to your business, delivered within five working days of onboarding — everything explained in plain English.

  • A follow-up call to walk through the findings together, so you leave with a clear picture of your website's situation and a confident sense of what to do next

A note on this package: The Seed gives you the full picture and puts the right foundations in place — but the implementation is over to you. It's ideal if you have someone who can carry out the recommendations, or if you'd simply like to know where you stand before deciding on your next step.

PACKAGE TWO

The Cutting: £999

The full picture plus everything actioned for you

  • Everything in The Seed — full SEO audit, Google Business Profile set up, GA4 and Google Search Console connected, written report and follow-up call

  • Implementation of all audit recommendations directly to your website

  • 2 × 800 well researched and SEO optimised blogs to get you started on your content/SEO journey.

A note on this package: This is a one-off project that gives your website a strong, clean foundation. To keep building on it over time, you'll want to continue adding fresh content and keeping an eye on your performance. I'm always here if you need support further down the line.

PACKAGE THREE

The Grower: £475 per month

Ongoing support that keeps your visibility building month after month

  • Monthly SEO monitoring — I keep a close eye on your rankings and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a problem

  • Ongoing website copy suggestions — if a page needs tweaking to rank better or convert more enquiries, I'll tell you exactly what to change and why

  • Monthly blog content suggestions — each month I'll send you a researched, SEO-informed idea for a blog post, including what to cover, why it matters, and how to approach it in your own voice. You write it; I make sure it's set up to bring in the right traffic

Notes on this package: The Grower is a monthly retainer that follows on from either The Seed or The Cutting — so we start from a place of clarity, with the right foundations already in place. This is a minimum 4 month commitment.

PACKAGE FOUR

The Cutting: £850 per month

Everything in The Grower — plus content and links, fully done for you.

  • Everything included in The Grower package

  • Two SEO-optimised blog posts written for you each month — fully researched, written in your voice, and crafted to attract the searches that matter most to your business. Consistent, quality content without having to find the time to write it yourself.

  • Two backlinks built each month — links from other reputable websites back to yours, telling Google your site is trustworthy and worth ranking. I find the right opportunities and build these on your behalf.

  • Internal linking monitoring — making sure the pages on your website are connected intelligently, so Google can understand your site structure and visitors can find what they're looking for. One of those quiet things that makes a real difference to rankings.

A Note on this package: Like The Grower, The Full Bloom follows on from either The Seed or The Cutting. It's the natural next step for florists who want their SEO and content fully taken care of, month after month. This package is a minimum 4 month commitment.

Client Reviews

"I knew Clare was a talented florist, but I had no idea she also knew her way around SEO. I came to Clare thinking I just needed some help with SEOs and image alt text, but in addition to an SEO audit, she also suggested a number of new and creative ways to help get more traffic to my site. She walked me through everything, and made sure I was able to easily manage the rest myself. 10/10, highly recommended!.”

— Karin - Prism Floral Design

“Loved working with Clare! She is proactive, eager, knowledgeable and we were excited to get our website working hard for us, with an SEO audit and implemented seo. Her help was truly a great investment!”

— BKD Floral Design

“I cannot recommend Clare enough for her incredible SEO expertise! Before working with her, my Google Business page was completely non-existent, and I had no idea how much I was missing out. Clare not only set it up but optimized it in ways I didn’t even know were possible. She also set up a strong SEO strategy to attract my ideal customers, and I’ve seen a noticeable increase in traffic ever since. I now have the tools to reach the right audience and bring in more business than ever before. Clare’s knowledge, guidance, and attention to detail have been game-changing for my business”

Here are some questions wedding vendors ask me about SEO

It does take time to build momentum, and anyone who promises you overnight results isn't being straight with you. That said, some things — like getting your Google Business Profile properly set up — can make a noticeable difference quite quickly. The longer-term work, like improving where you appear in search results and building your authority online, typically takes three to six months to really show. That's why I work with most of my clients on an ongoing basis rather than as a one-off — because consistent, steady effort is what gets lasting results.

I've heard SEO takes a long time to work. Is that true?

I’m a wedding vendor, not a writer. Do I need to produce a lot of content

It depends on which package you choose. With The Grower, I'll give you a monthly blog idea with clear guidance on what to write and how — so you're never staring at a blank page. With The Full Bloom, I write the content for you entirely, so you don't need to produce anything at all. Either way, whatever you do create will always sound like you — that's something I feel strongly about.

Can you work with my existing website, whatever platform it's on?

In most cases, yes. I work with florists on Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, Shopify and more. Before we start, I'll take a good look at your site as part of the audit process, and if there's anything that might limit what we can do together I'll tell you upfront — no surprises.
